ABOUT CLOVIS

Clovis Lacerda founded Elogica, one of the first Internet Service Providers in Brazil, in 1995. Over a period of 5 years he built the company into the leading ISP in the Northwest region of Brazil. PSINet acquired Elogica in April of 2000. Clovis then became the CEO for Inter.net. In 2002, after relocating to the company headquarters in Reston, Clovis created Fastbee Global, a multitenant broadband company, and served as the president. LeadingQuest was founded in 2004 with the development of a new technology based around IP PBX and IP Telephony.

From 2005 through 2007, Clovis worked with Inphonic, a public company that sells both wireless services and devices through e-commerce and private websites. During this time, Clovis directed the MVNE’s program management to provide complete, turnkey MVNO’s to larger companies such as AT&T, Hawaii Telecom, and others. Since then, he has dedicated his time to growing the Telecom market of LeadingQuest, locally and globally. Clovis received an undergraduate degree in Electronic Engineering and an MBA in Marketing from Federal University of Pernambuco. Clovis has also received his Executive MBA from George Mason University, USA.
